Abstract

Background. The analysis of technological methods to improve joint quality during ultrasonic assembly shows that one can improve joint durability by combining a certain parameters of ultrasonic vibrations. In this regard, the article deals with the identification of factors conducive to increase joint durability.
Materials and methods. Based on the theoretical and experimental researches, a system of technical solutions and practical recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of the ultrasonic assembly process have been implemented.
Results. Optimal parameters of ultrasonic vibrations have been determined. Their application gives the maximum joint durability for shear and torsion. The results are shown as graphs.
Conclusions. The possibility to increase the durability and functional parameters of joints, due to formation of welding bridges between the surfaces in a zone of contact during the assembly, is determined.
